Best book on tactics

Would anybody be able to recommend a good book for improving the tactical vision?

I would like a book to describe the patterns and how to idenfity them/set them up in my own games, rather than just a bunch of exercises.

On TT on here I'm around 1900. I used to be 2100 but I got rusty for some reason, I would like to get back in shape.
