Best books for making a “quick repertoire” for white and black?

I’m an young player (2100 OTB rating) aiming to get a title as soon as possible. I would like to find a book for white and for black which I can use to help create a repertoire, without having to take so much time studying opening lines and variations because I want to study as much middle games, endgames and tactics as possible. Maybe once a week spending time on studying openings.

The best book on openings is not a book, it is a data base of grandmaster games.

But if I use a database instead of a book won’t that just be memorising moves? There is a video where GM Rafael Leitao (2650 FIDE) recommended to use an opening repertoire book instead.   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zpQZeb95kcg

But I’m looking for a more modern book

A book is obsolete while being printed. Right now thousands of games are being played that change what is in the book.

I’m trying to find out if the Strategic Chess Opening Repertoire for white by John Watson can be used by stronger players because it seems like it said for club players
