I play chess almost exclusively on my smartphone having no internet at my house. Currently I use cloudroid and it's a solid app but the lack of an official rating has been bugging the hell out of me lately. What's the best chess app for smartphones? I'm looking for something with official ratings along with game memory and review. There are a couple like that but the board and prices are hideous. Thanks
