Best Chess Magazine?

Hey all,

I'm aware of a few magazines,

  • British Chess Magazine
  • American Chess Magazine
  • Chess Life
  • Chess
  • New in Chess

There are most likely others that I have no idea about...  But, which would you recommend as the best one to get my grubby paws on?

gurpreetk

American chess magazine has some quality content. I'd certainly recommend ACM.

ed1975

British Chess Mag is the world's oldest, apparently.

Thanks, @gurpreetk! Thanks, @ed1975

Appreciate the feedback and input.

American Chess Magazine, but, full disclosure, i am biased as I write for them.
KODIAMUSMAXIMUS

Chess Life or British Chess Magazine. I get CL as part of my USCF membership but I always buy a copy of BCM whenever I come across one in the magazine section of a book store.

I've only looked over samples of ACM but as far as I can tell it is very much like NIC but with an American flavor/emphasis. Also, with my apologies to ChrisWainscott it, ACM, seems to come into a market with little new/different/better to add. I don't think ACM will make it as a profitable effort, unfortunately.

@KODIAMUSMAXIMUS - great, really appreciate this. Thank you.
