I has already played the best lookin' person to ever play chess - it was OTB at Sutton chess congress in the early '90s, an' she was more drop-dead gorgeous than 'Stupefyin' Jones' - couln' concentrate at all an' lost game despite I was about 300 FIDE higher rated - ddn care that lost

My wife says the best looking world champions were Capablanca and Spassky. She gives a slight edge to the Cuban.

was actually considered quite dashing before the sad later years of his life.
Spassky was also considered handsome and so was Tal and Capablanca.
