TBH, I dont trust the rating on chess.com. 4 of my opponents I played against this morning made blunder move and resigned. I don't think my rating is above 1400

When I play against people below 1600?, my best move is 70%+. When I play against people 1700+, it is below 50%. Does it mean my rating OTB is around 1600?
