I think that Rxe8 is the best move.
Update: I think I have to agree with Mario Chalmers.
1.Qd6+ looks inferior to the other moves, I must say.
7. Nd6+ Ke7 (not Kd8)

Nope, your first variation leads to a draw after 2...Qxc2
In first variation you can't do that because it's just cheking, no time for Qxc2. In the bishop move variation i get matted. Really... Qxc2+ then if knight moves queen mates, if king moves then rook mates... kekekeke PAWN RUSH...
