I purchased the board, along with the phone stand/piece bags, and carrying case. The first two items arrived fine but I have not received the carrying bag. I received an email from them saying my complete order had been delivered. I have sent them multiple emails and tried the chat function on their website to try and clear this up, but they haven’t responded. (I checked my spam folder.). They don’t publish a phone number, either. Do any of you know of a phone number for them? Have any of you experienced similar problems?

I did not have any problems with delivery myself, and I also got the phone stand, felt bags, chess board, and carrying case. I haven't heard of shipping errors like this before, so I'd guess it's fairly uncommon. Who did you buy the boards from? Did you get it on Amazon, the official website, or another third party like ChessHouse?
Anyone recently purchase a Chessnut Air? How much did you pay? How long did it take to get it? Reason I ask is there appears to be several sources and the prices vary from $250 on Amazon to $99 on site I did not recognise. Firm believer that it if something is too good to be true...it's TOO good to be true. Thanks for reply.
