Best settings for Fritz 12?

What do people who use PCs extensively for chess analysis recommend I set Fritz 12 at to analyze my own games, for instance how much time per game or move, what depth of ply search etc? I'm running F12 under Windows XP SP3 and my dated PC doesn't multi-task too well with F12 grinding away, (at least not when Houdini is turned on) so I usually have it analyze when I'm not using the PC. BTW I also have Houdini, Stockfish and Firebird available along with the F12 engine. AND I only analyze finished games!
