You have omitted Manchester City from your list of candidate teams. They have the best squad in the premier league, and possibly the world, coupled with the most successful manager in modern times and an enormous budget. They have been fantastic so far this season.

I ment what you thought was the best soccer team in the world I gave an example of the epl because it has the most number of teams in the top 20 richest football clubs in the world but there are other leagues like la liga , serie A, ligue 1 etc
