Get better at chess, you’ll win more games and get a higher rating. Plenty of ways to improve - opening repertoire, tactics training, longer time controls so you hang less pieces.
yea but whats the fastes way winning is obvious i still get only 7 points and for enemy that is 3 x times my rank i get 16

Yeah, the "secret" is hard work and lots of practice and analysis. This safely guarded secret is not so secret, but that doesn't mean everyone actually follows this advice that hard.

I play on the mobile app, and just play a lot of blitz or rapid. It’s not really a game where you “farm points.” You tend to settle at your strength, and the more you play the better you get and your rating goes up. I wouldn’t worry about points, just work on improving your games. If you do that, the points will come. It can take a long time to get rating points up to where you want.
