Best way to use tactics trainer

So, I've been playing and studying chess for a bit now, and I'm happy to have seen imporvement in my game.  So far, the most useful learning tool for me has been tactics trainer.  Naturally, I'm better at understanding positions than tactics, and TT has helped me round out as a player. (though I'm still not very good at calculating)

Most often, when using TT, I will go through problems as quickly as possible, only stopping to look at solutions when I get one wrong.  But recently, I've started looking at the "view analysis" option to see the position played through, and to see all the possible blunders.  This takes a long time, since I'm slow at reading that kind of notation.

So, my question is:  How would you, more experienced players, recommend I spend my daily hour (or so) with TT?  Going through as many problems as possible, or stopping to analize?  Any other tips for chess training (on a limited time budget)?
