Nope.

There are no moves for black that win a rook. Black is losing, down a piece, and is losing the game regardless who moves.

If the rules are that black gets to move twice in a row it's better to win the queen starting with the move Ne2

I edited the puzzle. Now it's correct. Try it.

The_Chin_Of_Quinn

Maybe you meant to put the white queen on a1 instead of c1?

BS! And you you also removed the diagram.

I'll move this comment after the puzzle.

The_Chin_Of_Quinn

Black to move and win material (not necessarily a rook)

Nxc2 Qxc2 Rxd3 Rxd3 Nb4 wins a pawn. White captures a black rook in the highlighted move, so you can't call it winning a rook when black captures a white rook in return.

urk
So with the puzzle correct Black wins the pawn on c2?
Wow
