Black to play and draw

This position happened to me today, and I thought it would make a good puzzle. White was winning with the b7 rook at e7, but instead, after Reb7??, Black can draw.
At first, when I checked the position with my engine, I didn't believe it. But it's brilliant. Can you guys find it on your own?
