You have only 1 blitz rating that will change if you play rated blitz games in live chess or in blitz tourneys in live chess. Blitz games generally speaking last from 3 to 14 minutes depending on the time controls. Does this help?

If you have a regular rating based on a reasonable number of games and occasionally play blitz, does your blitz rating change only from blitz tourneys, or from regular time controls as well?
