Blitz upsets - Bigger point upsets more easily at higher ratings?

Just curious what people think:
Let's say you upset someone in 5 or 3 min blitz here.
What do you think happens more?
2000 upsetting a 2100
or
1500 upsetting a 1600
or
1200 upsetting a 1300
or
1100 upsetting a 1200
I'm not in the higher ratings yet, but at least from what I'm experiencing, it seems that upsets are more common for me in blitz at 1500 than compared to 1100. At 1100, I could barely upset anyone rated +60 over me and the games felt super impossible to win, whereas they seem much more winnable now at my higher rating.
