A recent game I played, my opponent blundered mate in one. Had he seen my blog https://www.chess.com/blog/Innominata/train-your-inner-alarm-how-to-master-blunder-checks-in-under-10-minutes-a-day he may have avoided losing the game because he had an equal or better position.
My opponent (1536 ELO) played Qxc4 missing Qg2#
Needless to say blunders can happen at all levels; you want to avoid these kind of blunders to keep from losing games, especially when you have a better position or at least equal.
