Any opening can be a "blunder" if you don't know what you're doing when you play it. Conversely, or contrariwise as Tweedledeedee (or was that Tweedledeedum?) would say, any awful opening like the Latvian Counter Gambit for instance can be really swell if you know it better than your opponent does. AND if you don't believe me, just ask them:
