Blunders

1409, I blundered away my queen for a knight and since gained a bishop...so point count still puts me down 3.  However, I have doubled my rooks on the queen file (I am white) and I am attacking his queen.  The best counter move for Black is Qc8 defending the pawn and if Black errs and moves his queen somewhere else, I will capture the pawn and double the rooks on Blacks seventh, attacking the KB pawn on f7 and the king on g7.   The rooks, for black are on the original squares and Black has a bishop on f3 blocked by a Black pawn on e5.  My black-squared bishop is on the third rank by my castled king and my 2 knights are ready to occupy c3 and the other is on f3.  Pawn structure is more or less normal.  So how do I crush this fish (1104)?

Pawn skeleton is:  White:  a3, b2, c2, e4, f2, g2, h2  Black a6, b6 c7, f7, g6, h6.  White has bishop at e3, knights at e2 and f3.....Rooks, as mentioned, are doubled on the Black Q file and the black Q is on d8.   This is a matter of pride and I welcome constructive feedback.

Regardless, I crushed my opponent.
