The only place you would see the Bongcloud opening at GM-level play would be for Blitz or Bullet. The only exception was recently between Carlsen and Nakamura where they performed an agreed draw.
There is a reason why it is not played at the high level. Don't get me wrong; it can be fun to play and see it! But it just isn't something you will see when both players have plenty of time.
