Bots on live chess

Hi everybody,

Ive been playing on Chess.com for almost four years now, I started with an ELO rating of 700 and made my way to 1700. Due to some connection problems that the app have recently gone through and some impulsive decisions that I made, I find myself with an ELO rating of 1500. I know that most of the players who are at these level practice with puzzles, openings, theory and everything. Thus in the profile of each of these player I see their stats on daily chess, puzzles etc. So for someone who takes chess seriously and is a 1500 player I would assume that in puzzles is at least 1800-1900. Of course there are exceptions, people who just created the profile, people who gets bored with puzzles I don't know, many different reasons, but generally speaking I would say that it is how I described before.

Having said that, I first want to admit that I am bad loser every now and then, I get angry and sometimes I don't accept it. But over these years I've just confirmed that chesscom is probably using bots in live matches. Ok let me explain this more clearly.

As I mentioned before, someone with an ELO rating of 1500 in a 10min match is probably 1800-1900 in puzzles. Along these lines, this same person should rank even higher in a 60min match and so on. OF course there would be a limit in which more time would not translate into better moves, but that type of games are rarely seen in the app. The thing is that everytime I lose I check my opponent stats and gauge them. Whenever I see a logical relationship among its rankings I add the person to my friends list. The problem is that more often than not, there is no relationship whatsoever in its stats. They have no profile picture ,they took very little time to think and end up with more precision than me. Ok this could be the case for some exceptions as I said before, but... isn't it obivous?

You can all check my last match against a 1488 player, it was a 15 minutes match and he won with a precision of 90,8 and only spent 5 minutes of its time. I spent 13 minutes, then I resigned, which means he had  18 minutes to think in total. WhereasI spent 13 minutes and my precision was 85,7 which I consider pretty good for a 15minutes match. As to his or her stats?? 800 in puzzles, 1200 in all the rest of them....
