bug? or form of cheating?

I played a game on chess.com after a while, 3 min blitz. I was in a completely winning position, basically mate in a few moves. It was their turn, and they wouldn't move. I just thought they would let the clock run down. All I could see was their clock running. Then, surprise surprise, when their clock runs down to 0, his move is made, and it turns out I ran out of time. So I lose. Interestingly, in the game log you cannot really see my move taking a minute and a half. Is this a bug or a form of cheating I should report?

No. You just got disconnected. Your device couldn't tell it was disconnected so you sat there thinking that your opponent hadn't moved.

I had overcome this before, but I think this is one kind of cheating maybe, contact support to know more details 😧

Well what makes a person think it's a dirty trick is the fact is it never happens when you're getting your @$$ handed to ya. It's always when you're winning or you just made a devastating move.

This was your last loss by abandonment. I think you were having your head handed to you.

I am not going to go through all your losses by abandonment but I think that you probably just remember the losses when you were winning more.
