bug with today's puzzle

anyone else notice that it forces you to castle past a rook?
The rules of castling are as follows:
- You may not castle if:
- You are in check
- You would be placing yourself in check
- The rook would be attacked (AKA, the king passes "through" a check)
In the daily puzzle, the king is not in check, it does not end up in check, and the rook does not end up on an attacked square; it does pass through one, but that restriction doesn't apply to the rook.
