Bullet is so rigid

Why is chess.com feel so wonky. In my phone I sometimes gotta click on the piece twice for it to move. Also, when I click on a piece if I go too fast it won’t respond. There’s like a small second delay when you click on the piece for it to be highlighted. I lose quite a bit of bullet games due to this. On lichess it feels much more smoother. It’s definitely not my connection because I never have problems with lichess. I just want my bullet here to be closer to my blitz rating. I do like chess.com more due to it being much more competitive than lichess but I can’t play bullet in this site.
