Hey newbie here,

 

what is the difference between the Bullet vs Blitz chess?

Less than three minutes is bullet. Three to fifteen is blitz (this definition varies slightly from site to site and organisations, for instance in USCF OTB, ten minute games with a delay are rapid, not blitz).
