Some people may use computers but in the end what is going to happen is a 1400 ranked player who uses a computer may end up against you in a room with a real wooden chess board for a money match, and you are going to wipe the floor with him, because out of the two of you, you are practised and he isn't.
Unless of course he isn't really cheating...he's just better than you are.
