Can 200 elo get into Legend League, without chess.com being wary for playing lower-rated players?

I am currently in the Champions League, but I am still a 200 elo. One day, I read the rules for leagues, and I see that throwing games intentionally, playing only lowered-rated players, etc can get your account banned. However, I play honestly, and for me, winning and losing is just a gamble, no matter how much elo the opponent I am playing. Will chess.com ban me, even though I play honestly?

If you're playing fairly, you have nothing to worry about.

As long as you are playing honestly, and genuinely lost or won any games, you’ll be fine. The only thing that could get you banned is if you are cheating with Stockfish, or if you are intentionally losing(aka smurfing) to play lower rated player you will crush. In some cases you are allowed to Smurf, but it must be an approved speedrunning account by chess.com
