Can Chess.com ban people without solid proof?

I just won 4 15|10 games with over 91 accuracy (91, 91, 95, 99) and wondered if I could get banned for cheating even if I didn't cheat. Can they ban me, or am I fine as long as I stay a legit player

You should be good!

No, it very very rarely bans someone for cheating falsely. The algorithm doesn’t even use accuracy as a way to catch cheaters, and just a few well played games isn’t enough to set it off.

Chess.com have several tools to catch people out, one of them is Levy Rozman, he has a few youtube videos where he poses under a Alias name and accepts challenges, he then Assessed there play and decides if they are using assistance, these youtube vids of Rozman are easy to find, I think this is not good ethical practice was bit surprised to see this going on and chess.com must be aware if it!!?
