Can en-passant be a book move? I was trying to figure it out but couldn’t find any examples. Please help me.

Thousands of game examples of it being played at G.M and Diwn at your local chess clubs or Congresses, there are loads of simple to follow examples of enpassant pawn captures on youtube for those new to chess who struggle to grasp this pawn capture, introduced by the French 100s years ago and without it in our game chess would become very boring as pawns would block eack other out??

Okay, but you didn't give an example of an en passant book move.

It's probably not a book move in any openings.
