Can I name an obvious engine user, in forums?

Yesterday, here on chess.com, I played a 10 minute game against someone and I mated him easily in 15 moves. Then he angrily rematches me and suddenly he’s playing better than a super GM! In that rematch he won by playing perfect engine moves the whole game, I reported him but no action has been taken, when it was so obvious I was playing against a 3300+ rated engine

After the game I messaged him and he claims it was his little brother playing in the first game!

It’s a complete joke, I can send links of the games here

No you can't name suspicious accounts in the forums. You should just report them:

Also, discussions of cheating, potential cheating, or cheat detection are not allowed in the general forums.
