Can new chess openings be created?

I know names of allmost all opening but i have no idea what Tartakower attack could be

It Is a variation of the indian game named after the polish chess player Savelij Grigor'evic Tartakover or Xavier Tartakover in french

It Is basically d4 and g3

I adduced some changes to my original opening(the one who was supposed to be a variation of the Tartakower attack),this is one of the many variations that i came up with(i changed It multiple times creating like 12 variations of the opening)

can someone tell me if this opening as black already exists...
