can refree chage time control type at the game duration?

Weird decision. Can't imagine this is according to the FIDE rules. You should either have Fischer time control AND a digital clock or, if no digital clock is available, play with a traditional time control (for example +30 min after move #40)...

There was DGT clocks but Our table's clock didn't set on Fischer type from the game beginning, My opponnet did know the tournament time control is Fischer, but i didn't know. and he dcided to call refree when he was in time trouble and told him the clock is not set on Fisher and refree counted moves and added 14mins each side.

The main question is : can Refree change time control which played from the beginning of game in his (my opponnent) trouble time?

@Jenium i had a fischer type clock (after judge set it) too, but i decided on his 56secs time for win the game not 56s+14mins and fischer time control after that!

cybercoder - There are numerous flaws in your logic:
1) KNOW THE TIME CONTROL! How could you not know that there was an increment. The time control is posted in the tournament ad. Know what you are playing before you start playing it.
2) If the clock was set wrong, they have the right to fix the clock so that it is correct. If the time control has an increment of 30 seconds, and 17 moves have been played, the arbiter can add 8 and a half minutes to each clock.
3) DO NOT EVER play your opponent's clock. Play the position! If you have 26 minutes and he has 56 seconds, take advantage of your extra time to make a sound and correct move. He will have to squirm and figure out the best move during your time for each possible move you can make. MORONS try to blitz out their opponent's clock with no care taken for their own position! YOU DESERVE TO LOSE!
4) He didn't "change the time control" - he fixed an improperly set clock!

Yes, Referee fixed the clock, this is correct sentence. But should he fix the clock when there's less than a minute? and we did 28 moves and in begin of 29 the opponnent called the clock.
There was no Tournament ad! I got invited by phone and i didn't saw
About that Moran part i should say i did think about 180-27 mins man, I'm not Houdini engine, i got tired and i saw the immidiate winning chance, so i did that. If you analyse the game i sent at top, you can find how i did think deep in a Njdorf aggressive game play with creating lot's of counter attack lines and i played a Master type game in a 90mins match.

The main thing is, if the clock is incorrectly set and it is brought to the arbiter's attention, it can be modified to match what it should have been from the beginning, including the addition of time (due to the increment that should have been added) .
The time remaing on the clock is irrelevent.
