Get better at something like 15/10 Rapid first, then transfer those skills to bullet.

makes sense, but do you have any ideas of what learn in rapid games; then put those skills into bullet but faster?

The reason for getting better at Rapid and then transferring those skills to Bullet is that there is time to think and make decisions in Rapid. Bullet is largely reflex, so build those reflexes at Rapid and then use them at Bullet.
What to study?
Start with tactics. First basic isolated tactics like a fork, a pin, an overload. Then stringing a few of those tactics together into a combination.
Here's a combination that I got to play in one of my CFC-rated over-the-board tournament games. I string together the tactical elements of guard destruction and decoying/diverting, and then finish off with a devastating fork.

oh no god forbid someone does something because they think it is fun

thank you @blueemu for those tips!

Estou na faixa dos 700 há muitos meses e só ganho no controle de tempo 2|1, mas a partir de hoje vou jogar uma por dia para ficar mais afiado. Acho que o segredo é o treinamento.
Opponent. Though I have noticed a ridiculous amount of what I believe because I used to do it…lag the game out and manipulate opponents timer….

Computer cheating in super fast online chess, means the computer does the moves for you on the board. There used to be videos in YouTube of computers doing it more than 10 years ago, probably they are still there.
Honestly, time is valuable in Bullet. This means that people often premove, so if you can manage to give a check, all their premoves will likely be cancelled, and they'll need to think of another move, which will take them a few seconds. Give enough checks, and you'll win the game.
that actually kid of makes sense, i'll try that in a few games
