can tt rating be used to detect engine

some people jelous about my good ratings so they say i am engine becoz my tactics trainer rating low (it's low coz i do not use tactics trainer here but in chesstempo.com). now question - is tt rating can be used as a measurements to detect if someone really strong or weak or engine?? considering the fact that when solving tactics trainer problems no engine can be used. Is that true that at least no engines can be used when solving tactics trainer problems??
