I used the form, but what was strange was that I had to use a different email to be able to create the second account. If two were really allowed to be created I expected to do it all above board even on the same email, but I guess that isn't supported yet.

yeah, you can create up to 2 accounts for training purposes it says in rules

I'm pretty sure emails are going to remain as unique entries.

Answer:

In the Fair play policy: it states "Do not open more than 2 accounts (a second anonymous account is allowed for training purposes").

Chess.com Support says every member can now have 2 accounts. In some cases, this can still be considered cheating.

One account is good enough. If you want to practice blindfold, do it in unrated games on the existing account

Good idea. Sometimes, Unrated games take very long to start unless you set the ingoing and outgoing both any, infinate sign.
