It was unbelievable. He was so far behind. In fact, he wasn't ahead at all until perhaps the last .02 seconds. Absolutely phenomenal comeback.

Just several minutes ago, I got done transposing its first tourney game vs fritz 10. IT WON as white. 40 moves in 120 minutes and it beat the great FRITZ. so far, it is living up to its UNMATEABILITY. One of the other programmers will be transposing the next game later tonight (it's a 4 hour ordeal) so I'll post the results tomorrow.

BUY DEEP BLUE AND KASPROV AT YOUR HOUSE AND PLAY THEM TEAMED UP.YOU WILL LOSE. >:-< and it won as WHITE. so what?

I note with some amusement that a commercially available program, fritz 10 (which everyone can get hold of), is being used as some sort of benchmark for a supposedly superior program - cannibal 37This doesn't even seem to be programmed to win a game even now, so I dread to think how bad cannibals 1-36 were.  What about a new name for it?  Due to its ability to lose a game which it only needed to draw (i.e. 100% of the games it has played so far on this site) maybe cannibal-schlechter.  No offence meant to the great chessplayer, it's just a play on words.  What next?  Oh yes, cannibal 38 (39.....)

This whole unbeatability challenge was just a massive set-up for a "cannibal-schlechter" joke, wasn't it?  Admit it.
