cannot use chessnut air anymore

I suddenly found that I couldn't use chestnut air anymore. I couldn't log into their app either. Did anyone have the same issue recently?

I even cannot access their website....

I see no issues accessing their website.

Hi there i never used chessnut air before but why can't you just delete the app and then download it again

It looks like the best computer on the market right now. Do a search and you can get it on Amazon. It hooks up with chess.com and now I am wondering how well it performs, if at all, in the practice, analyze, lessons, and play from position sections on here.

Hi, sorry I haven't followed this post for a while. The chessnut air still works well on the phone when using data plan, but I didn't know why I couldn't use it on my computer/laptop when using wifi or local internet. Basically I couldn't log into their app on computer, but it should be my own problem, because if I use my mobile data plan to connect my laptop then the laptop can also use their app. I am located in a campus so I suspected my university blocked their app.
