can't abort

The abort option is gone from my board setup. I do not want to play BOTS or players using engines. I abort games with players who show statistics, and trends that  they cheat, The Admins rarely follow up on the cheating here which is more prevalent than other sites(I am not sure why?) so I opt out with players who are prone to cheating this way.Without even starting a game. I never would think that is a problem to do. Now I cannot do that and even if I don't move a piece I lose points.?? Why did I lose that ability? Is it a privilege here to choose not to play ?

If you abort too often, your account gets restricted and you can't abort anymore.
