Can't avoid game review

Something has just changed. You used to click on a finished game and see the final position, and the change in rating. Now the final position is overlaid by a game review banner and if you close that you see the starting position. I preferred to choose when I want a game review not have it forced on me. Why this change?

Looking at it again, it looks like a bug. The banner stays there with some message like "almost done" but doesn't finish. It's a pain.
