Can't improve past beginner level after 2 years.

When I first started playing, I was given a rating on around 500. That rating got sent to 100 after consecutive losses. I had to grind my way back up using cheap tricks like the "Traxler" ect. I have watched every chess Youtuber out there. If you name them, I know them and your video recommendations won't be anything new. I have a coach, he helped me with a few things. Thought I got better, however I lost all my rating gains. It's like I got lucky. I'm in the same rating bracket I was when I started 2 years ago and I have TWICE the chess knowledge. I do puzzle for tactics. I play a different opening for white and black ect. My point is, on top of my blunders I can't find logical moves that allow me to win or have an advantage. It's like I'm a blind person playing. There were some other posts about people not being able to improve. I think I may be one of them. It's just weird how I know more about the game than I ever have, yet none of it amounts to anything. I have been able to get good at most things in my life when I put the effort in. I think some people just can't improve. I'm literally losing more as I gain more understanding of the game. Yes I know all basic principles. The coach I paid for is like over 2400 who helped me understand better.
