Can't watch previously watched lessons

I want to see again previously watched lessons without the limitation.
Makes sense?

Ah, I see what you are saying. My bad. That is an interesting concept; it would be nice if it existed . Unfortunately, as far as I know, it doesn’t, but maybe chess.com will implement it someday.

You can watch 5 lessons... doesn’t matter if new or old....
I like your idea ! Unlocked lessons must be free to watch without counting...

This limitation will most likely be the cause of me not renewing my subscription. As I watch/practice the lessons, I will, no doubt, need to review it again.

Same here, I find it ridiculous you can't rewatch lessons that you have already watched, for free.
I mean, it breaks the whole concept of learning specific openings for example, you want to remember the tricks and tips and want to go back and watch what you learned.
I guess they're just milking gold subscribers, try to force to go platinum.

I can access lessons I watched in the past (the ones with the play button in the picture below). They also explicitly said that watching old lessons does not count towards your daily / weekly amount. I am a Gold member. It sometimes a pain to find the lessons you have already done though, admittedly. Hope this helps.

I'm finding that I'm able to watch older lessons in the browser, but on the app I can only review the ones that I unlocked in the current week. A little annoying, but at least you do have access to them. Also, kinda sucks that they seem to have greatly decreased the lessons. I bought my membership last summer, and I only get 3 per week instead of 5 per day.
Hi everyone,
Couldn't find an answer to this one so decided to ask here.
Having a gold membership, there are 5 lessons a day, which I go through regularly.
At one point, I decided to revisit one of the previous lessons but it did not let me - asking to upgrade.
What's the reasoning behind it (besides otherwise a cheap method to milk members for more money)?
Why shouldn't I access the lessons I've already gone through?
Thanks
