So, when the 11th game comes (if it gets to that), we only have to predict the 11th game as there is a rest day soon after?

Exactly! But someone will have to do the job instead of me (at least to screenshot the predictions to ensure fair play) because I will be absent during that weekend. Frown

G5: draw, 41-60, 1.d4

G6: draw, 41-60, 1.e4

Those early decisive games really surprised me!  I wonder what the record is for fewest draws in a WCC match.

Shell, definitely 2nd WCC match. Steinitz and Chigorin played 17 games, only the last one was a draw and Steinitz won 10.5 vs. 6.5. Interesting fact: Smallest prize fund was there: $1,150.

Buenos Aires 1927 was also very exciting.

That story of biggest prize leads to more decisive games is just a word of chess players aiming for more money

Is it too late to join? If not:

Game 5: draw, 1.e4, 41-60 (I might reconsider it on Friday at abour 7pm CET  )

Game 6: Carlsen, 1.d4, 41-60 (I do hope I am wrong here and Carlsen will not win)

Dobrodošel (I guess you understand it )! It's never too late. The only "restriction" for new players is that they're allowed to change their outcome only until 0:00 of rest day Moscow time.

Ja, razumem. Our languages are close but it can be sometimes tricky. When I was in your country my most common phrase was "Govorite počasi, prosim". It sounds a lot like Czech but since počasí means "weather" in Czech my wife told me I was worse than Englishmen when it comes to endless talking about the weather. Laughing I have yet another problem with players from Slovenia here. Since the flags are so tiny I usually think they are from Slovakia and start chatting in Czech for Slovak and Czech languages are more or less like British and American English.

I am not going to change my outcome. I was just kidding for the match should be over by 19:00 CET. They begin at 15:00 Moscow time which is 13:00 CET.

This is awesome bagahc! Laughing When I was in Czech Rep, we could understand each other well too, but seems Croatian is just slightly more "compatible" with Czech I think? Smile

However, my favourite word is zmrzlina. Sound so funny, but we use it in Slovenian too (rarely, but can be found). Smile
