Well, I'm planning it for next year, maybe some World Cup predictions, if Kramnik decides to play. Or Candidates.  

It may be better for a larger tournament if you had a dedicated website or program with an automated scoring system. Just an idea...

You can say that. I'm a poor engineer (not yet) with no knowledge of programming. 

Just another rule, before I review all the results:

407.3 (HtoH):
If 2 or more players are still tied after 2 tie-breaks, the one who has a better score in head-to-head battle, wins.

407.4 (1C1S)
If still tied, then first come, first serve.
