The back-rank checkmate, a la Fischer, is my personally preferred M.O.

Castle check mate for sure. Back rank is normal outsmarting your opponent and eating them. While castle check mate is not very common and is very surprising and impressive. So I Vote castle checkmate

Once again, Fischer advocated back-rank mates given "enough power" (on a file) and "displacing defenders" (near to the castle) to weaken the opponent's defense of their castle. After that, look for the fastest and surest victory via either method. Back-rank checkmates are a daunting threat and attempting to avoid them can inadvertently leave some other method of checkmate open by your opponent, obviously including the castle checkmate. At least in my opinion.
