Catharsis: Post your most heartbreaking game(s) here.

Its a game, none of them are heart breaking.
you obviously haven't played otb chess. all my lost games otb are heartbreakers.

The game between Harika Dronavalli and Mariya Muzychuk is the "Heartbreaker of the Day", I think. Note Whites' 83rd move. Harika decided to go into a king and pawn ending that was only a draw, whereas by keeping the queens on the board, she was absolutely winning. It will be interesting to know her thoughts before playing the move. Harika lost the next game to Mariya, and Mariya is in the finals with Natalia Pogonina. Harika, who had nerves of steel throughtout, maybe kept the memory of the drawn game with her in the loss that knocked her out of the chance to play in the final. All credit to Mariya Muzychuk because, even though she was losing, she did what she could and she was rewarded when a "miracle" occurred.
Note that the game was played today, March 31, 2015, and not "30 Mar 2915", as I posted the game in the pgn viewer above.

Nice assumption. But yes i have played OTB tournaments.

Hilario, thanks for posting this game. This is no doubt a heartbreaker since you had the draw on move 81, resurrecting yourself after having a lost game for so many moves.
I guess you could also look at 24.c4 instead of 24.Nxd5 as played. I don't know if it offers any advantage though.
It's interesting that your opponent, once he was 3 pawns up in the rook ending, didn't get the idea to just advance his kingside pawn(s). Anyway, after suffering through that endgame until move 81, when you had the draw and then to miss it, must have been disconcerting to say the least.
It's almost as though you didn't want to draw somehow, though I realize that that's almost certainly not the case. Do you recall, during the game and before you played 81.Rxe4 , if you saw that you could capture the g7-pawn? For a while, when your king was on g4 and his g7-pawn was en prise, taking the pawn would have lost to the skewer Rg1+. Maybe you retained that image in your mind? Just wondering, because it would be fascinating to understand the working of your mind when you played your 81st move. Again, thank you; I enjoyed looking through this game.
By the way, I visited your very nice chess.com homepage; is that Franz Kafka? I bet he could write an amazing story about your game.
Best wishes, DrM

Thank you for the nice comment about my game!
- As you could see I avoided the pawn breaks on the game. That is very common because I'm not sooo confident on open positions.
-Probably my opponent didn't make the pawn moves in the endgame because it was an weak engine. Also I think there was some immediate threats that would give me back a pawn if he didn't move the king or rook (rook on the 7th file, my rook and king attacking the e4 pawn...).
-Yes, it was surely disconcerting to miss the draw! Also I tend to visualize the best responses to my moves exactly after doing them, so I saw instantly the blunder.
-Yeah, I saw both 81. Rxe4 and 81. Rxg7. I choose the former for two reasons: I really retained the skewer in my mind AND I thought I could attack the other pawns later. But the real problem is: I made the move 81 without thinking at all by playing almost instantly. I'm a very impulsive player and sometimes I make the worst moves (hanging the queen, missing mate in 1...) on simple positions. Also I was NOT in time trouble...It is really a bad habit and an inconsistent thinking process.
-Yes, that's Franz Kafka. I like his Magnum Opus, but i choose this specific picture because one could see a very disturbed chess player annotating a very weird move during a game, haha.
Regards, Hilario
Too bad. Instead of 5...g6, 5...Be7 and castles would be fine. Maybe even 5...h6 to keep the knight out of g5, but 5..Be7 is probably right. It's easy to miss these though, especially in this case when you planned to fianchetto your dark-square bishop and in focussing on that plan, overlooked that Ng5 could be played. Good lesson for everyone. Thank you.
Thanks
And bravo at your rating!
