Challenge to a Live Game

While in the play live chess section of chess.com in the bottom right hand corner there is a box with tabs such as alerts, events, friends, chat and games at the top of this box. In order to challenge a specific person to a live game you can open your friends tab or the chat tab and click on the names of people who are online and a list of actions will appear one of them will be "Challenge to a game".
Beyond that I am not sure of anything else such as when they see the message if they are currently playing a game or if you get a message back stating if they have accepted or declined the challenge.
