Could somebody remind me please about changing names? Is more than one name change allowed? I don't mind if I have to pay to change it.

Submit a ticket requesting a name change, they will change it even though you changed it once.

I should have also told you to put the name you're requesting in the message as well, my apologies (at least that's what worked for me). But they may be able to still fix the problem without your desired new username.
