CHAT TURNED OFF?

To simplify, the "chatters" now must switch their chat ON, rather than the "non-chatters" having to do the work and switch OFF, but I am ok with that, though a LOT of people are unaware that this option IS available, maybe chess.com messages could come with headings? So the people that normally don't read them will "click" in if it is a topic of their interest, rather than going through tournament notifications etc., and any news of any new changes could be passed via messages with a topic heading??? Just an idea. Cheerio.

(I only responded to that phrase because I failed to make sense of what followed it.)
