Does no one chat and play? No one I play chats, and no, not weird stuff or vulgar mess, just about random things of life, I guess. You know, build the chess community, but maybe a little less snarky? Well, challenge me if you want some conversation with the game!

Will you play w/ 24 hours to make a move? I have been doing that with another player. We each usually make several moves a day, but each when they have time to look at the board.
I just matched you a game, but chat is not working. It has a "!" ?

I'm not too fond of chatting in live games as I'd rather be able to devote 100% of my concentration to making moves, but in correspondence games I'm happy to talk. Also because, for some unclear reason, people tend to interract more politely and normally there, whereas in the live arena things can be, as you said, 'snarky', to put it mildly.
Much like these forums!
