Cheaters

The perception of cheating levels is orders of magnitude more than the actual amount. The vast majority of games and players are clean.

Why are there so many cheaters? I played two today, and they made me tilt so hard in other games. It's honestly not fun with so many cheaters. In my opinion, Chess.com should be more aware of new accounts and people who play 10+5 or 15+10 a lot. Also, some cheaters win lots of games and lose some on purpose, then go on a winstreak again. Don't report randomly (like Kramnik) but get evidence. Back to the question. WHy are there so many cheaters? Don't they know they'll get reported? Do they just want to make people rage and tilt?
P.S. Don't say who cheated, report silently.
